Limited Warranty
Filter Care warrants each cleaned and certified filter to be free from harmful defects and its performance to equal that of a new filter of similar quality.
Filter Care further warrants that it will repair or replace, at its option, any engine damage attributed to a filter cleaned by Filter Care when the filter has been properly installed and changed in accordance with original equipment manufacturer’s specifications and has not been subsequently subjected to any other cleaning or cleaning process.
Claims against this warranty must be submitted in writing to Filter Care within 15 days of the claimed damage, and the customer must permit examination of the engine and filter by Filter Care representatives.
